Shipping & Refund policy:

  1. Prices stated on this site are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Shipping charges is not included and only calculated during checkout.
  2. All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once the order has been processed and shipped, kindly expect 3-7 business days to be delivered.
  3. The delivery time provided is based on the best estimation. We may not be responsible for any delay, traffic flow, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may cause potential delays.
  4. Goods sold are non-refundable.
  5. If you received damaged/defective items during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange after 7 days of receiving your item. If 7 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a exchange.
  6. To be eligible for an exchange, we would require visual proof (picture) of the damage/defect during your first inspection of the item.
  7. Please email to trueoli218@gmail.com initiate the exchange with the subject as EXCHANGE. Our customer service representative will assist you with the Exchange and guide you through the process.
